Here is a great healthy tasty alternative
4 handfuls of shredded cabbage
1 handful thinly sliced radishes
3 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
4 Tbsp. chopped fresh mint
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp ground red or black pepper
Combine all the ingredients and use as a side dish or on an open topped sandwich for lunch.
