Sometimes we are not hungry as soon as we get up or we are in a rush to get out of the door, so this is an all-in-one breakfast that is quick to make and can be taken with you for later. It will keep you satisfied for a while!

2- 3 Kiwi fruit
1 banana
4 tbs rolled oats
250 ml skimmed milk
200 ml Greek yogurt
1cm fresh ginger, finely grated.
Squirt of honey to taste if needed.
10 ice cubes
Peel the fruit, throw it all in a good blender and whizz until smooth.
